After you pay: the introduction

Updated 22 October 2026

Once Stripe confirms your payment we introduce you to the operator.

What you receive

  • By email and in your account, the operator’s name and contact details. As our Terms of Service set out, they are not shown to you before the fee is paid.
  • A receipt for the fee, under Invoices in your account.
  • The operator receives your name, contact details and trip details so it can deal with you.

What you do next

  1. Contact the operator promptly. Empty-leg prices and availability change quickly.
  2. Book and pay the operator directly. The charter contract is between you and the operator, and the operator’s own terms apply, including cancellation charges, baggage, pet and passenger rules.
  3. Give passenger details exactly as in the passports. Use the secure upload we give you for passport or ID details. Please do not send them in chat or by ordinary email.

If something is wrong

If the operator cannot honor the price or availability we confirmed, tell us as soon as you can. See Credits and what they cover.

Did you book?

We may ask you whether you booked, and the outcome helps us look after you. A short reply is enough.

Still need help?

A person on our team replies, 24/7. Write to us, or tell Ask Jettura your trip.
