  Searching, alerts, requests and quotes cost nothing. There is no membership fee and no deposit — unlike programmes that ask for $100,000 or more up front.

• Every operator checked by hand

  Every flight is operated by a certificated air operator (AOC holder) that has operational control of the aircraft. We check each operator’s certificate before we work with them.

• Availability confirmed before you pay

  Empty legs move fast, so we confirm the flight with the operator before you get a quote. Nothing is reserved until your payment is received and the operator confirms.

• One clear price for the whole aircraft

  Your quote is one full price, with what it includes and how long it holds. Ask us “is that all-in?” and we’ll tell you exactly what’s in it.

• If the operator cancels

  Empty legs depend on the operator’s main trip. If the operator cancels and we can’t offer an alternative you accept, you get a credit for everything you paid us, valid for 12 months, as set out in the booking terms.

• Your details stay private

  Operators see your trip, not your name or contact details, until you book. On shared flights, flyers never see each other’s identities.

• A person with you to landing

  Our team handles every request, confirms with the operator and stays in touch until you land. Talk to us by email, phone or WhatsApp.

• Safe payments

  Pay by wire with your invoice number as the reference, or by card where offered. We never change payment details by email — if you get different details, call us before paying.
