Booking terms
Version 2026-10-03.2 · last updated 3 October 2026
1. Who we are
Jettura is a service of Certified Jets LLC, a Jets Capital company (“Jettura”, “we”, “us”). These terms apply to every flight you book through Jettura.
We act as your booking agent (air charter broker). We do not own or operate aircraft. Every flight is operated by a licensed air operator (the “operator”) that holds operational control of the aircraft and the flight. The operator is named in your booking confirmation.
2. Quotes
A quote states the route, date, aircraft, the total price for the whole aircraft, the currency, what is included or excluded, any special conditions, and how long the quote is valid. The price includes our service fee.
A quote is an offer subject to availability. Empty-leg prices and availability change quickly, and we may withdraw a quote at any time before you have paid.
3. Accepting a quote and signing these terms
When you accept a quote, you must sign these terms within 2 hours of accepting. Empty legs are time-sensitive, so if you have not signed within 2 hours, your acceptance expires automatically and you need to request the flight again. The price and availability may have changed by then.
You sign by typing your full name and confirming that you agree. This is your electronic signature and has the same effect as a handwritten one. We record your name, the date and time, your IP address and the version of these terms you signed.
If you book for other passengers, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms on their behalf.
4. Invoice and payment
After you sign, we send you an invoice. Pay it in full by the deadline and with the payment method stated on it.
Availability is not guaranteed until we have received your payment in full. Until then the flight is not reserved for you, and the operator may sell it to someone else, change its schedule, or the aircraft may become unavailable. Payment is “received” only when the full amount has cleared into our account — not when you send it.
If the flight becomes unavailable before you have sent any payment, we will tell you and you will owe nothing for it.
If the flight becomes unavailable while your payment is on its way, at the same time as it is received, or before we have confirmed the flight with the operator, you receive a credit for the amount you paid, valid for 12 months from the date we issue it, to use toward a future flight booked through Jettura. This is not refunded in money. We are not responsible for the flight becoming unavailable in that period, because the flight is not confirmed until payment is received and the operator has confirmed it.
We will never ask you to pay to a different account by email alone. If you receive payment details that differ from your invoice, call us on a number you already have before paying.
5. Confirmation
Your flight is confirmed only when we have received your payment in full and the operator has confirmed the flight to us. We then send you a booking confirmation with the operator’s name, the aircraft, the departure details and what we need from you before the flight.
6. The nature of empty legs
An empty leg depends on another trip the operator is flying. Departure times can move, and the operator may delay, re-route or cancel the flight if its main trip changes, or for weather, maintenance, air-traffic, regulatory or safety reasons.
If the operator cancels the flight, or the aircraft is unavailable because of a technical fault (“aircraft on ground” or AOG), and we cannot offer you an alternative you accept, you receive a credit for the amount you paid us for that flight, to use toward a future flight booked through Jettura. The credit is valid for 12 months from the date we issue it; any unused credit expires after that. Cancellations by the operator and AOG situations are not refunded in money. Apart from that credit, we are not responsible for other costs caused by a change or cancellation, such as hotels, connecting flights or events. For anything you cannot miss, keep a backup plan and consider travel insurance.
7. If you cancel
Once you have signed these terms, your booking is firm and the cancellation charge is 100% of the price — for every service: a charter or a shared flight. This applies from the moment you sign, whether or not you have paid yet, and the full price remains due.
If you need to change or cancel, contact us as early as possible and we will ask the operator. Any amount the operator agrees to return is given to you as a credit, valid for 12 months from the date we issue it, toward a future flight booked through Jettura. It is not refunded in money.
8. Shared flights
Sharing a flight means two or more parties travel on one whole-aircraft charter. A flight can be shared only if the operator approves; we ask on your behalf. Names and contact details are never passed between the parties by us.
When we split one aircraft between parties, each party receives its own quote for its seats and pays only its own share. Such a quote states the minimum number of seats and the deadline. The shared flight goes ahead only once at least that number of seats is signed by the deadline: until then you may withdraw at no charge, and section 7 applies to your booking from the moment the flight goes ahead. If it does not fill by the deadline, your quote is withdrawn and nothing is owed.
9. Passengers, documents and luggage
Give us every passenger’s full name exactly as in their passport or ID, and any other details we ask for, by the deadline we give you. Each passenger is responsible for valid passports, visas, health and entry documents.
Seat, luggage, pet and special-item limits are those stated in your quote or set by the operator for the aircraft. The operator may refuse to carry a passenger, item or animal for safety, legal or regulatory reasons. The aircraft’s commander has final authority on all safety matters.
10. The operator’s conditions
The flight itself is carried out under the operator’s conditions of carriage, which we provide on request. If they conflict with these terms on a matter of safety or operation of the flight, the operator’s conditions apply.
11. Extras
Costs that are not included in your quote and that arise because of a request you make or circumstances on the day (for example de-icing, extra catering, waiting time or a change of airport) are charged at cost after we tell you about them.
12. Our responsibility
We arrange your flight with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you in connection with a booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights.
13. Your information
We use your information as described in our Privacy Policy. To arrange your flight we share passenger and trip details with the operator and the service providers involved in it.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version you signed applies to that booking.
15. Governing law
These terms and every booking made under them are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, except where the law of your country of residence gives you a right that cannot be excluded to bring them elsewhere.
