If an empty leg changes or is canceled
Updated 22 October 2026
An empty leg depends on another trip the operator is flying. Departure times can move, and the operator may delay, re-route or cancel a flight for operational, weather, maintenance, air-traffic, regulatory or safety reasons. The commander has final authority on all safety matters.
Before you book
Check the confirmed price page: it shows the date, the route and what is included. If a leg changes while you are deciding, we tell you and, where we can, offer an alternative.
After you are introduced
You and the operator have the charter contract, so the operator’s own terms apply to changes and cancellation charges. Contact the operator promptly after you are introduced, because empty-leg prices and availability change quickly.
If the operator cannot honor the confirmed price
Tell us as soon as you can. Under our Terms of Service we credit your $999 fee as a credit valid for 12 months, to use toward a future fee for a booking through Jettura. It is not paid out in cash. We may ask for the operator’s message or your booking details, because credits are issued after we check with the operator.
Once you have booked with the operator there is no credit. See Credits and what they cover.
