Credits and what they cover
Updated 22 October 2026
A credit gives the Jettura fee back to you as account credit instead of cash.
When you get one
- The operator cannot honor the confirmed price or availability after you were introduced. Tell us as soon as you can. We check with the operator, then credit your $999 fee.
- A shared flight does not go ahead after you paid: the other party does not complete checkout in time, withdraws or closes their post, or the operator does not approve the share. The credit is issued automatically and you do not need to ask.
- We decline or cannot proceed with a booking for sanctions or export-control reasons.
What a credit is
- Valid for 12 months from the date it is issued.
- Used toward a future fee for a booking through Jettura. Your credit shows under Credits in your account.
- Not paid out in cash, and it expires if unused.
When there is no credit
There is no credit and no refund once you have booked with the operator, or if you decide not to go ahead, change your plans or find another flight, because the confirmed price and the introduction have then been delivered. Canceling the charter itself is between you and the operator, under the operator’s terms.
