Estimates and the confirmed price
Updated 22 October 2026
There are two kinds of price on Jettura, and only one of them is a promise.
Estimates
Where a leg has a price, the board shows the operator’s posted price for the whole aircraft. The price estimator, typical-charter ranges and Ask Jettura (which is an AI) give software estimates. None of these is confirmed with the operator, and they can be wrong. Use them to compare and plan.
The confirmed price
A person on our team confirms the price and availability with the operator. The confirmed price:
- is the operator’s own price for the whole aircraft, with no markup added by Jettura;
- shows the currency and what is included or excluded;
- is sent to you by email and shown under Quotes in your account;
- is valid for a limited time, shown on the price page.
What you pay, and to whom
- The operator’s price: you pay this to the operator directly, after we introduce you.
- Jettura’s flat fee: $999, once, by card, only if you book. See the $999 fee.
When a price expires
If the validity period passes, ask again from the price page or write to us and we confirm it again. Empty-leg prices and availability change quickly, so a fresh confirmation is normal.
Quick answers
Does Jettura add a markup?
No. The operator’s price is shown unchanged. Jettura charges a flat fee instead.
Is the price on the board a quote?
No. Board prices and estimates are indications. Only the price we have confirmed with the operator, shown on your price page and in your email, is a confirmed price.
