What happens after you send a request
Updated 22 October 2026
Once you send a request, it follows the same path every time.
1. Search
Our AI searches every live empty leg, every jet Ready for takeoff and every shared flight for your trip. Nothing is owed at this point.
2. A person confirms the price
A person on our team asks the operator for its price and availability and checks it. If the flight is not available we tell you, and we may offer an alternative. Where an advisor picks up your request you may receive an email with their name and contact details.
3. You receive the confirmed price
The confirmed price arrives by email and appears under Quotes in your account. It shows the operator’s price for the whole aircraft, what is included or excluded, and how long the price is valid. It is the operator’s own price, unchanged.
4. You decide
You can book, ask a question, or do nothing. If you do nothing, nothing happens and nothing is charged. To go ahead, see the $999 fee and checkout.

Quick answers
Does sending a request hold the aircraft?
No. A request or a confirmed price is not a booking or a hold. You book with the operator after we introduce you.
Where do I see my confirmed price?
By email, and under Quotes in your account.
