Route alerts and email settings
Updated 22 October 2026
A route alert emails you when a new empty leg matches the route, and optionally the dates, you asked for.
Set one up
Use the alert form on a route, city or guide page, or the Alerts tab in your account. We email you a link to confirm. Opening the link only shows a page: nothing is switched on until you press the button.
How often we email
At most one email every two days, covering every new leg that matches. You can stop any time.
Pause, renew and stop
- Pause or resume one alert from the Alerts tab in your account, or from the one-click links in the alert email.
- If your dates have passed, the alert switches off and we send one email with a link to renew it for the same length (between 14 and 60 days).
- If no leg has matched for 90 days, we pause the alert so an old alert never keeps mailing someone who stopped flying that route. One email lets you resume it.
Newsletter and other emails
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter from any issue. Messages and daily emails can be switched off in your account preferences.
Prices in alerts
Prices in alerts are the operator’s own, with no markup. Jettura’s flat $999 fee applies only if you book.
