Is this offer legitimate? Staying safe from scams

Updated 22 October 2026

Private flights are a target for fake brokers and payment fraud. A few simple rules keep you safe with us.

Our payment rules

  • The only payment you make to Jettura is our flat fee, by card on our secure checkout page. We accept no other form of payment for it.
  • We never ask you to pay Jettura in cryptocurrency, with a gift card, through a link sent in a message, or in any way other than the card checkout.
  • We never change payment details by email.
  • The operator’s price is paid to the operator directly. Confirm any payment instruction with the operator’s own contact details from your introduction, and with us if in doubt.

Check the page

Checkout lives on our own site, and you accept the Terms of Service there. If a payment page looks different, or you were sent there from an unexpected message, stop and write to us.

Check the offer

  • A real offer shows the operator’s price clearly, with what is included.
  • Be careful of a price that is far below anything else for the same route and date.
  • Ask us to confirm the operator holds a valid AOC for the aircraft. On Jettura, the operator’s name and contact details come with the introduction, after the fee is paid, as our Terms of Service set out. See Who flies you.

Report something

Forward it to us from the Contact page. A person on our team replies, 24/7. For more, read the guide to checking a private flight offer.
